Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how Culicy users can request deletion of their account and personal data.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the Culicy app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

Delete by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email privacy@culicy.com from your registered email address with the subject: Delete My Culicy Account.

We may verify your identity before processing the request.

What happens after deletion?

We process deletion requests within 30 days, except where limited retention is required by law, fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

Some community content may be deleted or anonymized as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
